I’m looking to hire a go-getting freelancer who can write a compelling brand story article on PLAE, the latest footwear brand to featured on Zappos Adaptive (http://www.zappos.com/adaptive).
PLAE is the next generation of kids’ shoes. They design premium quality products that are fun, engaging and built for the way kids play. PLAE uses the biometric science generally reserved for elite athletes to craft a shoe that protects the natural development of children’s feet and features one-of-a-kind interchangeable tabs (straps), allowing kids to express themselves by personalizing their style.
This task will require you to phone interview the founder and designer of PLAE, Ryan Ringholz. During this interview, you’ll ask him several questions (15-20) about himself, how he created the PLAE brand, his vision for the future, and what unique features are infused within his company’s products (flexible, active traction, washable, eco-minded).
You’ll then take his answers, paired with your own research, to write a long-form editorial piece.
