Our housing co-op is in need of a creative and knowledgeable (excel, word, adobe pro) document formatting and uniformity branding freelancer! We are majorly overdue for a universal document branding and functionality utilizing our current logo. We are looking to modernize our look, simplify and make user friendly.
MS Office 365 and adobe pro are the software utility providers for our work environment. Our forms need a unified branding, as well as integration with our website and data collection import into our property management program. We have an upward of 45+ various document forms (word and excel) in need of updating and formatting. The documents range from application, security deposit itemization to maintenance unit inspection forms with cost tabulations. A portion of our documents will need to be made compatible and enabled with web based functionality for online submission and auto compile data into excel.
