I want a geo location app build for first responders. For hurricane and flooding disasters I want people who decide to stay that they can share their location along with details as to how many peopl are with them and beable to update water level and damages. Being they can share their location it will allow first responders a chance to have location details in case power or cellar towers go down. This will allow for first responders to have a idea on where to find people in need of evacuation rather than guessing on places to look wasting time. Need this built asap.
