I’m looking for a designer/artist that can take one of my photo examples and draw them into a cel shaded 3d format that would be a left and right panning background for an iPhone and iPad app. See photos attached. If your work is fantastic I might also need you to help develop, game characters, icons, fonts and other in game art. Please render for import into Unity 3D
I need this done quickly so please make sure you have time.
