Our site does not allow a customer, registered/wanting to register/checking out as guest, to check out. Lack of sales has been occurring for months despite large number of visitors and this seems to be the likely cause. Site has been taken down “for maintenance” until this can be resolved so need help ASAP. Site is Magento 1.9.3.4 Community hosted by SiteGround and using the Intenso custom Magento theme. Intenso for Magento 1 is no longer supported. Quality of work will likely lead to more customization jobs.
