We are looking to replace our legacy software we use to track jobs that are in house that runs on my SQL. The Current system is limited because the developer no longer supports and there are changes that need to be made.
We would like to create a new workflow software that in addition to updating some of our new customers and departments we would like to add some new features.
• Custom System Generated Work Orders – the new system would be the entry point for orders instead of an additional step.
• Bar Code or Qr code generation assigned to each job.
• Mobile viewing and tracking – ability to check and make changes outside of the office.
• An at a glance screen that shows jobs in department color coded to show where they are.
• Detailed Job History Information- including invoices
• Estimated production time for each job.
• Active alerts of jobs that may be late based on total production time – sent to managers, production staff and traffic coordinator.
• Ability to track outsourced orders
• Easier Multiple Job Generation
• Delivery/shipping confirmation.
